Free 60-day returns
Shoes only prove themselves after real miles. Wear your pair for up to 60 days — indoors or out — and if the fit is wrong, the return is free.
2. Pack the pair
Reuse the original box if you can — no need for the outer shipping carton.
3. Ship it free
We email a prepaid label. Drop it at any carrier point within 14 days.
4. Get your refund
Refunds land 3–5 business days after we scan the pair back in.
Good to know
- Exchanges ship the moment you ask — you keep the old pair until the new one lands.
- Custom-molded insoles are remade free rather than refunded.
- Care products can be returned unopened within 60 days.
